Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes content and behavior that is not permitted on AIcreators. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination without refund.

You may not generate, upload, distribute, or monetize content that:

• Impersonates any real person, brand, or public figure
• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other IP rights
• Contains deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims (including fake news, medical misinformation, financial scams)
• Promotes illegal activity (drugs, weapons, human trafficking, child exploitation)
• Depicts explicit sexual content, gratuitous violence, gore, or self-harm
• Targets minors for exploitation or contains content sexualizing minors
• Incites hate, harassment, or discrimination against any protected group
• Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, Partner Program policies, or Terms of Service
• Contains deepfakes or synthetic media used to deceive or defame
• Relates to politically partisan content designed to manipulate elections or voters
• Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to redirect users off-platform deceptively

• Circumventing our content moderation, rate limits, or quota enforcement
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, limits, or free-trial terms
• Abusing free credits, promotional codes, or referral programs
• Reselling, transferring, or sub-licensing generated content outside the platform's intended use
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to access internal systems
• Using AIcreators to attack, harass, or compete unfairly with any individual or business

Because AIcreators uploads to your YouTube channel on your behalf, you additionally must:

• Maintain ownership and control of the YouTube channel you connect
• Comply with YouTube's Partner Program policies and monetization rules
• Disclose AI-generated content per YouTube's policy (we add a disclosure to descriptions by default)
• Respond to DMCA notices and copyright claims in a timely manner

We may investigate any suspected violation. Depending on severity we may:

• Remove the offending content from our platform and from YouTube
• Suspend or terminate your account
• Withhold refunds for content found in violation
• Report serious violations to law enforcement or rights holders

We do not guarantee notice before action in cases involving legal risk, urgent safety concerns, or repeat offenders.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
