AIcreators respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content generated or uploaded through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice below. This process applies to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 read with Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Notices and counter-notices should be directed to:

• We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• We review the notice within 48 hours
• If valid, we remove the content from YouTube and refund any affected user's wallet proportionally
• The content creator is notified and may file a counter-notice
• If a counter-notice is filed and you do not seek a court order within 10-14 business days, the content may be restored

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and analogous provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages and other legal consequences. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice is taken seriously.
